The Country House Accommodation includes:
- 5 double luxury ensuite bedrooms, including 1 double accessible bedroom and bathroom. Most bedrooms can be set up as either double or twin rooms.

First Floor
On the first floor we have 4 further stunning, luxury en-suite, Bedrooms with warm, elegant and spacious bathrooms (totalling 5 bedrooms):
All our 5 bedrooms have a garden view. Each one is elegant, luxuriously comfortable, light and beautifully equipped for your stay.
All the ensuite bathrooms have underfloor heating and a garden view. Each one is luxuriously appointed, spacious and beautifully warm with abundant hot water.
The Country house also offers a spacious well equipped laundry with underfloor heating, excellent washing, drying and ironing facilities and is available for use for family/group holidays
TECHNOLOGY
Guests will have full internet connectivity throughout. An ipad mini will be available for use in the family room to enable guests to plan their programme of activities and make reservations directly with local providers.
ACTIVITIES AND EXPERIENCES
Our guest will be provided with a map of the Ale Water Valley providing details of local activity and hospitality providers and highlighting distinctive places of historical and cultural interest, local built and natural heritage.
Breakfasting, Picnicking and Dining
An abundant and delicious freshly prepared breakfast based on local ingredients will be provided for those who wish to book our bed and breakfast packages.
Breakfast will also be provided as part of the serviced accommodation package for those who wish to have exclusive use of the house.
In addition we can provide picnic lunches, afternoon teas and a cook to prepare dinner should you wish to dine in.
Locally sourced food products and ingredients form an important feature of the Riddell Country Estate visitor experience. Wherever possible we will use ingredients grown on the estate or by local producers.
